Your organization is considering rewriting position descriptions and related employee handbooks. You are tasked with informing the employees and asking them for their ideas relative to both efforts. Choose a particular type of communication (email, memo, etc.), and then craft the message. As part of your communication, locate one scholarly source from the Virtual Library that offers advice on effective strategies to communicate such as a change to an employee's handbook. Share information from this source as part of your communication.

At the end of your communication, write a short reflection paragraph about how you used these ideas to inform your choice of communication type. Provide a description of your intended audience and how this particular audience influenced the communication approach you took and the way in which you composed the communication. Discuss the ways in which you met the desired goals of your communication as well.
