Apple Company is a huge monster in the smart phone industry. With billion users of iPhone and its hot trend in the worldwide market, there is no doubt that the company is growing and making a lot of profit.

However, in the China segment, Apple Company has to face up with a very huge problem: their foreign staff in China has quite low morale and job satisfaction.

They need to find a solution to boost up the morale of their Chinese staff or it will greatly damage them in the long term.
