Jill is a fit 53-year-old schoolteacher who presents with a red and swollen rash on the right shin. On the basis of a history and examination, Jill is diagnosed with mild cellulitis (assume this is a correct diagnosis). As Jill reports a prior allergy to amoxicillin, cephalexin (500mg PO four times a day) is chosen in favour of flucloxacillin.

Current medications:

• Rosuvastatin 10 mg PO nocte
• Escitalopram 10 mg PO mane
• Fish oil 3 g PO daily

i) Concisely discuss the most significant concern you have regarding the pharmacotherapeutic plan detailed above.
