This essay is dealing with a very serious and logical problem from ours daily like “the the impacts of a large portion of the population being uninsured and how this affects the health care system. If this continues, how do you anticipate that the health care system will respond to it? What are the ethical issues and the practical ones?´When a large portion of the population remains uninsured the effects will be tremendous. People without the insurance coverage often have limited access to the health care. A greater part of the population does avoid the insurance cover due to the perceived high costs associated with it.The lack of the insurance cover will translate into a reluctance to receive preventive services and care for the chronic diseases and the major health conditions.
