Case Study: Job Analysis is a careful evaluation of all aspects of a specific job the objective of the job analysis is to develop the present methods and techniques of doing a job. This is done through exploration, research, and study leading to an understanding of the working conditions, authority, and skills required of a job. A job evaluation is an attempt to assess the applicability of a specific job within an organization. The objective of a job evaluation is to determine a fair wage of a job. The evaluation may help in setting a uniform and rational wage structure in the industry, which will help prevent deficiencies in wage management in the organization
