Consider a business problem at your current organization and evaluate if the HCM's would be applicable to use in solving that specific business problem. You may decide to use all three or you may substitute some or all of them with new HCM's. Provide some insights around your rationale to keep or replace your HCM's.

Using final the HCM's you selected, classify each one as either: Strategic, Operational, or Leading and the rationale behind your classification. Describe how using each HCM as part of key HR metrics would improve business results for the problem you are trying to solve.

Finally, support your rationale as to why this 'set' of metrics is right combination. How do they work together? What business results (outcomes) do you hope to drive?
