It is very clear that your manager has developed an advice framework based on his experience and what he believes clients need to know and what they do not need to know. Your manager is set in his ways. He believes that he is doing the right things on behalf of his clients, and they trust him. He commented to you that he has never had a complaint and his clients have stuck with him over the years. He also indicated that what he does is no different to what others do in the industry, and that it is just a few 'bad apples' that have caused ethical problems in the industry (as identified by the 2019 Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry). Using one of the Integral Model Quadrants (Character, Culture, Behaviour and Systems), explain your managers approach to financial advice and his justification for what he does based on the case study presented.
