Question: You are the Vice President of Apple Inc and the crisis that the company faced with drop in company's share value following Steve's job's illness and death and the fact that his illness was not disclosed on time and many investors and shareholders including the media were concerned about the company's future without Steve Jobs. Now that all that is over, you are charged with the task of developing a communications plans that will help the company to reestablish it's reputation. Specifically, you have been asked to develop a situation analysis that identifies the main problems the plan will address and that lists the plan's target publics. You must also develop the plan's objectives and strategies and the main messages it will convey.
