Question: A case analysis will help develop skills that is needed to prepare recommendations for consideration in a strategic plan in many different lights. Firstly, we most note that a case analysis is a way to improve our ability to think more clearly in uncertain situations (David, F. R., David, F. R., & David, M. E. (2020). Thinking of it in this light, now we turn to identify a business model. According to Kopp (2024), a business model is a high-level plan for profitably operating a business in a specific marketplace. It also continues on to say that a business model helps the company to identify the best way to go about doing its business while also serving to attract investors and talent. A business model can disrupt a company and or industry by creating a challenge for things that have already been established within the company for a while. Two examples of this would have to be Uber and Netflix. I chose these two because before Uber there were taxis so they disrupted the transportation industry. Also, with Netflix they dominated the movie market or sold out blockbuster due to its streaming services with the click of a button. In Week 8, I plan to make them different by going more in depth with the different ideas that I may have and want to incorporate into that Executive Summary. Of course with the group CLC you have to incorporate everyone's idea into one, but with my own summary I plan to expand and explore different ways to incorporate my ideas into the Executive Summary.
