About the task: The Project team has been given the task of develop own brands and product range and sell direct to consumers - this includes the creation of a new underwear line in addition to socks.

The budget for creating a new line of socks and underwear is $44,000. The CEO has mentioned that he would like the new line of socks and underwear to be ready for sale within the next 11 weeks.

Scenario: Your CEO has requested that the finish time for the project to be brought forward by one week (10 weeks instead of 11 weeks). He has also mentioned that the accountant has crunched the numbers and that due to a decrease in sales, they only have $40,000 to spend as opposed to the initial $44,000 that was agreed upon. You understand the reasoning behind this and have agreed to adjust the project funding to meet with the requirements.
