Question: Develop the following tools to evaluate competencies at Temple Health's Anaesthesiology department: a) Behaviourally-anchored rating scales (BARS). Develop BARS to measure competencies of physicians working at the department. The BARS scales should include TWO (2) competencies for the job, clear justifications for why you have selected these two competencies, clear definitions of the competencies and appropriate behavioural indicators.b) Competency development plans. Create a competency development plan for a new physician to develop the competencies identified in question 2a. You may use the template provided below.
