You are to develop a scope baseline, a work package, a schedule baseline and a stakeholder register. These are four separate documents, they need to be reflective of the project described in the selected tender and align to the requirements of the PMBoK and Prince2.

Title Page

Include a title page at the beginning of each assessment item with the following information:

Student name/s (include names of all students in group for group assessments - 2, 3 & 5)
Student number/s (include number of all students in group for group assessments)
The project domain and name
The document name (e.g. Charter, Scope Baseline etc.)

Criteria

You are required to apply your knowledge of project management concepts when developing the four documents mentioned in the criteria below. Make sure you develop the document described as if you were planning the project. Do not submit a report discussing what that document is.

Assessment Criteria -

Appropriate application of the following project management concepts in the development of a project charter for the project described in the selected tender.

1. The project management concepts within the scope baseline are correctly applied and the scope baseline is an accurate reflection of the project described in the selected tender.

2. The project management concepts within the work package are correctly applied and the work package is an accurate reflection of the project described in the selected tender.

3. The project management concepts within the schedule baseline are correctly applied and the schedule baseline is an accurate reflection of the project described in the selected tender.

4. The concepts within the stakeholder register are correctly applied and the stakeholder register is an accurate reflection of the project described in the selected tender.

To do this, assessment responses need to be both clear and easy to understand. If not, the University cannot determine that students have demonstrated their knowledge and skills. Assessments will, therefore, be marked accordingly including the potential for 0 (zero) marks where relevant. The project management concepts within the document are all included and correctly applied. The document is an accurate reflection of the project described in the selected tender. Formatting, referencing, grammar and spelling are excellent. Any issues could be interpreted as typographical in nature and are rare within the document.
