"Over the past two weeks you have reviewed the U.S. Government Accountability Office report, GAO-15-297, Management Needs to Address Reporting of IRS Investments' Cost, Schedule, and Scope Information. Based on what you had learned so far about The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), you discussed how you would use the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) to address (that is, resolve) the issues identified in the Report. In particular, you addressed issues identified in the Report in the context of the Preliminary and Phases A through D of the TOGAF ADM. This week you will provide additional details on your approach in the context of ADM Phases E and F (Opportunities and Solutions and Migration Planning, respectively). In particular: 

· Develop a prioritized bullet list of projects that would implement the specific features (that you identified last week) that you would include in the target architectures to address the issues identified in the GAO Report. Include projects for all four architecture domains - target Business Architecture, target Data Architecture, target Application Architecture, and target Technology Architecture. For each of the projects identified, identify (a) potential costs, (b) potential benefits, and (c) potential risks. 

· Develop a simple Implementation and Migration Plan that provides a schedule of implementation (time line) for the projects."
