After the data were assembled, it was found that the discharge exceeded 120 cfs 3 percent of the time; it exceeded 60 cfs 35 percent of the time; it exceeded 20 cfs 80 percent of the time; and the minimum discharge was 5 cfs. Construct a discharge-duration graph for the average year. What discharge is available half of the time?
