Case: You (the learner) manage the real estate agency's teams.

The Stark Real Estate has made a new office in Springvale. You, as a manager, have been given a job to analyse the requirement of teams in the new office. Develop and record the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the teams. Determine and assign responsibility to each and every member of the team. Allocate the necessary resources to support the attainment of team and agency KPIs. Promote balanced participation of each member of the tea by negotiating work roles. Communicate agency standards, culture and targets to the teams. Implement strategies to monitor the conduct of teams according to legal requirements and agency policy. Implement conflict resolution processes to support team effectiveness: review team member's performance and use results in planning individual professional development. Collect record and use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate the achievement of KPIs.
