Question: Data Collection Part B For this assignment, you will depart from the linked research you've begun. Working with a partner, use the following theoretical concept and identify 2-3 research questions. Morse (2014) described The Thriving Communities Model®, developed by the Pew Partnership for civic change, as a successful community as one where employment, per-capita income, median household income, and poverty all beat the national averages. A robust quality of life was defined as a first-rate educational system, lower taxes, affordable housing, access to health care, a strong emphasis on the arts and plentiful recreation, transportation connections, a low crime rate, and high social capital (Morse, 2014, p. xiii). You will create a survey to collect data to answer your research questions. Determine how you will field the surveys-written on the Web, written on paper, or verbally. Then design a draft questionnaire, including all of the components described in this chapter. Deliverables: Submit your research questions (2-3); the sampling frame; size of the sample, sample design; and survey instrument. Be sure to provide the variables measured to identify the data. Include a paragraph on how your team addressed quality of the data. (Partners may work together to submit the same paper.)
