1. Give a very brief, perhaps 6 sentence, description of your business.

2. What is your main value proposition? By this we mean what customer problem(s) are you solving, and how are you solving it? Be brief, maybe 3 or 4 sentences.

3. What is one, or just a few, of your customer segments? Be brief, just a few sentences, at most.

4. What communication channels will you use to reach your customer segment, such as to tell them about the existence of your product and seek orders? Be brief, just a few sentences.

5. What type of relationship must you establish with your largest customer segment? How does the necessary relationship integrate with the value proposition? Be brief!

6.What key activities are required in order to deliver your value proposition? Be brief, just a few sentences.

7. Who are your key partners, with whom you must establish a business relationship, in order to deliver your value proposition? Be brief, just a few sentences.

8. What key resources or expertise are needed to deliver your value proposition? You don't have to have these resources today, but you have to identify what would eventually be needed. Just a few sentences, please.

9. What are the most important costs that you incur in order to implement your business model? Just a few sentences describing the major costs.

10. Give a quick estimate of what your customers will pay for your product (each sale) and estimate the potential size of the approachable market in the first one or two years of your business. Briefly explain, only a few sentences.
