Assume it is decided to design a two dimensional 512 byte (byte addressable) RAM from 16 byte chips. Each of the 16 byte chips has two select-lines. The chip is enabled only if both of the selectlines are activated. Assume address multiplexing is not used. Your design must use only decoders of size 3×8 and 2 × 4. Your design must be complete and show the components, the number of components, size of each component and their bit partitions, and the interconnections to receive full credit. Use the example in slide 4/22 as a guide.

(Note: Use a ruler or a software package for drawing. Your design WILL NOT be graded if free-hand drawn)
