Question: The report should draw from the findings of the survey that the student conducted using their survey questionnaire designed in the session 1 (please see the instructions) assignment for which students were required to design their own survey instrument (questionnaire). Recommendations based on the results of the survey are also expected within the report. Get it done!

Other external sources in support of, and/or qualifying the results of the survey may be incorporated into the report. The report must be about three pages long (not including the appendix of the survey instrument, cover and reference pages), and must be accompanied by a copy of the final survey instrument (questionnaire) as an appendix to the submission of the report. A tabulation of the actual responses to the survey is also expected.
