A. What mood or effect do you think this chorus is intended to convey? In your answer, discuss the rhythms, harmonies, and melodies to describe the overall feel of this piece.

B. Text painting is a technique employed by composers when they want to set the music in a way that directly reflects the text. For example - If a composer is setting the words "running up a hill", using text painting they would write a scale that goes up.

If a composer is setting the text "jumping up and down" the music might use rhythms that get faster and slower, or that make you feel as though you yourself are going up and down.
