3. Can you help me to give example of a report as if you are giving report to an oncoming nurse before leaving the hospital, just make up information, include age/gender. Include date of admission, admitting diagnosis, medical history, allergies, code status, summary of hospital course (ie came to ER with chest pain, went to cath lab for a stent placement, then came here to the med-surg unit), brief head to toe assessment, plan of care and any tasks that need to be handed off to next shift.
