You are to write a 3 page double spaced paper in 12 point font, 1/2 inch margins.

In the paper you are to describe and evaluate the types of Business entities, their differences, and the reasons for choosing one over the other.
Be thorough, very succinct and to the point.

You are to submit only on Canvas and do not put your name on the paper. It will be reviewed anonymously by two of your peers using the Written Communications Rubric.
