In this assessment, you will be required to demonstrate your understanding of the principles of effective communication explored throughout the unit.

You must choose two current examples of business communications: an excellent business communication and a poor one.

The case study should demonstrate comprehensive research and should do the following:

describe each business;

compare and contrast the nature of the communications;

identify what types of communication worked and what did not; and

explain why the particular communication enhanced or damaged the business.

You must present your findings in a 5-10 minute oral presentation to the class using persuasive language. The presentation must be accompanied by a 1500 word written report.
