The main characteristics in all types of organizational culture (innovation and risk taking, attention to detail, outcome orientation, people orientation, team orientation, aggressiveness, and stability). Some of these characteristics are quite apparent in some types , while they are not obviously apparent in other types. For example, while innovation and risk taking is apparent in entrepreneurial type of organisations, it has low appearance in bureaucratic type. However, stability is a main characteristic in bureaucratic type, while it is not a main trait in entrepreneurial type.
The relationship between leadership and organization culture: talk about HOW different leadership does affect (increase or decrease) some organizational culture characteristics. This means that there are some leadership types that can boost specific organizational characteristics. As a result, it is necessary to understand the role of each type of leadership on the characteristics of each type of organizational culture.
