The newspaper was instructed to advertise the price of the automobile at $1,795, but through an error on the part of the newspaper, it was advertised at $1,095. O'Brien saw the advertisement, went to Calan Imports to see the car, and stated that he wished to purchase it at the advertised price. When Calan Imports discovered the error in the advertised price, it refused to sell the car to O'Brien. O'Brien sued for breach of contract. Should he win his case?
