My principal diagnosis I have as preclampsia and there are suppose to be 4 secondary diagnosis. Any suggestions

Principal Diagnosis: Intrauterine pregnancy at term, twin gestation; pre-eclampsia

Operation Performed: Primary low cesarean section, transverse, internal monitoring

Chief Complaint: The patient is a 35-year-old white female Gravida III, Para II-0-0 whose last menstrual period was 11/27/xx. She has a twin pregnancy at 38 weeks gestation. She presented on 8-15-xx with an increase in blood pressure of two days duration. Her prenatal course has been uneventful. An ultrasound showed two viable, normal infants, one male and one female. According to the patient blood pressure has been good throughout the pregnancy.

Past Medical History: Usual childhood diseases. Denies any diabetes, heart disease or hypertension. No known allergies. No previous medical problems. Surgeries include a D & C for polyps and T & A at age 10.

Obstetrical History: Two spontaneous vaginal deliveries without problems.
