Review and reflect on the Learning Outcomes and Course Concepts provided earlier in this syllabus. Based on this review and reflection, select a topic that is particularly meaningful to you and/or your work setting. Prepare a research paper that integrates course readings and citations (if applicable) from other professional literature. This paper must demonstrate comprehension, application, analysis, assessment, and integration of the research.

Review online resources about writing a literature review as necessary (a good place to start is the NCU Writing Center). A suggested outline for the paper is provided below.
