Exercise 1:

Investigate the different project management software packages available. Create a comparison table to compare the features. You must select at least three different software packages.

Exercise 2:

Create a work break down structure for a project of your choice. The project should be large enough so it would take 3 months to complete. For each task identified put in estimations for time. You can build this in whatever software you like. Please refer to slides for the structure of a Work Breakdown Structure diagram.

Exercise 3: (300 - 350 words)

Outline at least 2 skills required for an effective project manager. For each skill give a brief description why a project manager needs it.
