28 year old male admitted to your inpatient psychiatric unit for acute psychosis. He was brought in by family after displaying odd behaviors over the past 1 month that have increased. He has been experiencing both auditory and visual hallucinations.

About 3 months ago, he was prescribed bupropion XL 150 mg by mouth daily by his primary care provider for depression. He has been compliant with this. He otherwise has no other past medical history. Family history includes a grandfather and uncle with schizophrenia.
