The patient is a 65-year-old female with known coronary artery disease. She complains of some pain with walking. She exercised for 5 minutes at 2 miles an hour at 10% grade. The resting ankle-to-brachial index is 1.23 on the right and left. The brachial pressure went up from 115 to 130. The right ankle pressure dropped minimally from 142 to 132, and the left ankle pressure remains stable.
