Case Study: Very recently, Dr. Thomas Quinn, the Board of Directors and the Administrative team of Kirtland Community College in Roscommon, Michigan (US), embarked on a journey to position the college for a strong future. The organization was fifty years old and had seem many changes that impacted the people we served as well as education itself. The decision to build a centralized campus was met with mixed responses throughout the service area.
Regardless of opinion, it proved to be a very intelligent and prosperous plan. Improving the colleges ability to serve the programs, better accessibility, new and efficient facilities to name just a few.
