The Industrial Revolution reformed opportunities for work from agrarian society to the development of more production and more trade. Think back on the unit covering the Prehistoric Era and how civilizations began to settle as farming became possible, then how we studied in a later unit the desire for trade opportunities. Looking at these trends in history can help us to see the development of humankind in both economy and in art. In this Seminar, you will link the connections between the Industrial Revolution and present day.
