She has Pysch history of MDD. She is at the facility for surgical aftercare following surgery of digestive system. She also has a wound vac. During the assessment she said she was tired, and currently going through a lot with the post surgery and every thing. Regarding sleep, she said I love to sleep but people keep coming and waking me up here to either do vital signs, or medications or food.. She said I live alone but my children live just right across next door to me. Appetite is very little. No family history of Psych illness. Current Medications Sertraline 50mg at HS for MDD Trazodone 50mg.
