Regarding her mood, she said she is happy because she has a supportive husband. During assement, husband was in the room and patient consented for the husband to stay. She said she is so in love and that makes her happy. She said she has a good appetite. She said the staff in the facility are very calm and supportive. She said I cannot stand being away from my husband, so I need to go back home soon. She verbalized that she was always been a Bos during her career and not very happy people now have to take care of her. Current Meds Olanzapine 2.5mg for dementia with behavioral distrubance.
