Question: Compare and contrast the speaker's relationships with god and how god is viewed by the speakers in the poems twenty-third psalm and batter my heart three-personed gif analyzes the use of literary devices in the compare and contrast discussion

this is my INTRODUCTION:

In the poems "The Twenty-Third Psalm"

and "Batter my heart, three person'd God," the speakers love god and see him as omnipotent. The speaker in "Batter my heart, three person'd God" needs god to break him like "glass" and pleads for god to make him a new man. He expresses this plea through visual imagery and a desperate tone. However, in the poem "The twenty-third psalm," the speaker sees god as the almighty, the ultimate protector, and the provider through the usage of metaphors. Both speakers convey their reliance on God through the usage of metaphors.
