The patient is a 45 year old caucasian woman experienced few lesions and rushes scaling that did not cause significant concerns as she was given prompt treatment in a local health facility during her late twenties. She reported that she was in good health ever since until five days prior to her admission where she begun to experience the onset of deep lesions or rashes that caused sharp chest pains that lasted for several minutes. She stated that the pain started in her left para-sternal region and spread to the neck region. The patient experienced the first episode of the pain during midday five days ago while she was weeding her garden. According to her, she first began to feel fatigue before the onset of the pain after working for 45 minutes. Her chest pains were followed by shortness of breath, but she did not experience vomiting, nausea or sweating symptoms. After she rested in a cool area the pain was resolved in approximately five to ten minutes. Before her admission, The patient experienced two additional episodes of pain that followed a similar pattern as the first episode. Other than rest, The patient took some medications to relieve her pain.
