I need to get this project done. This is a capstone course for a B.S. in Aviation Maintenance. The paper should be 20 pages in length and cover the assigned EO's in the syllabus. The topic would be Human Factors in Aviation Management. The following is the guidance from the professor;

What would be the title? "Human Factors in Aviation Maintenance Management"? What would be the focus of your research? I approve the topic but would really like to know some specifics. Look forward to reviewing your draft proposal soon. Ensure all four objectives are met for each PO.

Here is some guidance that will hopefully help aid in writing the proposal: Ensure you follow the provided template and use the guidance from the Policy Guide. This proposal should read like instructions for someone with no knowledge of your topic to start researching and writing a paper. To help, consider this scenario: You have been given the task to write a proposal for someone with no knowledge of your topic. You must explain to them in enough detail what each PO means (in your own words), how to demonstrate that PO as it relates to your topic, what information you expect them to obtain, and where to expect to obtain that information from. That person should then have enough tools (a roadmap per say) to start researching and writing about your topic. That is the meat of this proposal. Do not include any examples, statements or assumptions. If you do need to include a statement in the Introduction, provide a reference and an in-text citation. I hope this helps?

There also needs to be a draft proposal done as per the template and syllabus. I have attached the syllabus and templates.
