Problem

An employee is fired from his job. Angry, he goes to his former boss's home at night, planning to break into the home and steal his boss's prized chess set collection, which is worth thousands of dollars. As the employee is walking up to a window in the boss's home, planning to pry it open with a wrench and sneak inside, the boss's spouse sees the employee and asks what he wants. The employee quickly makes up a story about a work emergency, saying that he had come to the boss's home to speak with the boss about the emergency. After hearing the story, the boss's spouse invites the employee into the home, explaining that the boss is not home at the moment, but should be back anytime. The employee is still hoping for a moment alone to steal the chess sets, but the spouse stays with the employee, awkwardly chatting while they wait for the boss to return home.
