This question requires you to download and analyze the dataset "abortion-laws.csv". Consult the associated abortion-codebook.csv" for variable definitions.

(a) Estimate a regression model with the total number of abortion restrictions as the dependent variable, and church attendance as the covariate. Report the regression line and R2 and interpret the results.

(b) Estimate a regression model with the total number of abortion restrictions as the dependent variable, and church attendance, percent nonwhite residents, percent of residents that are females under age 18, percent of residents below the poverty line, and Democratic vote share in 2004 as covariates. Report the regression line and R2 and interpret the results.

(c) Estimate a regression model with the same covariates as above, but use "physician 1" as a dependent variable (the state requires abortions to be performed by a physician). Report the regression line and R2 and interpret the results. Comment in particular on the effect of the percent of nonwhite residents on the dependent variable. Note. Since the dependent variable is binary, effects of explanatory variables should be stated in terms of the probability that Y = 1, i.e., the probability that a state does require abortions to be performed by a physician.

Additional Requirement

These kinds of question is a part of Statistics and discuss about a study where a regression is to be performed for abortion restrictions and church attendance. The data given in the attached Excel sheets has been used for calculating the regression.
