The costs of raw material are double the cost from Chile vs. Cambodia. Transportation costs are also 25% cheaper from Cambodia. The Supply Chain Director (your superior) and project leader is from Chile and went to school with the now principals at "Composite Materials Chile" in Chile. Your research of Cambodia has found a company in Cambodia "Composite Plus Cambodia" and ready to ship all required volumes to Quebec. Early indications are the Director has a closed mind and general sense is he has decided to source completely from Chile.
