First lets start with all of the Information Stategies. They used direct communication to give briefings to members of Congress and their own employees. They used expert witness testimony where they arranged many opportunities for them to testify before congressional committees. Second, Financial-Incentive Strategies. They used political contributions to increase the quantity of cash given to PACs. Next, Constituency-Building Strategies. They used legal challenges. Companies would file complaints with the U.S. Department of Commerce due to the International Trade Commision. They used stakeholder coalitions to help the production of aluminum, textiles, silk, fiber and resin. They used advocacy advertising to help publicly launch companies campaigns to help expand public awareness of the issues. 

The foreign steel producers should be always ready to participate as a political participant within The United States political environment in order to guard their own economic interests because all other foreign imports have an affect on an enormous portion of our financial system in the United States and it might be very harmful to the other counties interests if foreign companies stopped importing goods to The United States because not only did they have no voice in our form of government and also though other counties should have an equivalent influence as companies of The United States. All counties benefit off of each other when it comes to importing goods and it is way too important to have anything get in the way of that for everyones own interest.
