You will pick one stock you believe is the best investment (from a total return perspective) for the next five years. You must use at least one stock evaluation formula from class to justify the investment. (example: dividend growth formula and/or present value analysis).

Be creative in writing up your recommendation. You may use tools you have learned in other classes or at work--be creative! Your write up should be no more than 4 double-spaced pages. (fonts should be no smaller than 11 and no larger than 12 points) You must make a well thought out, concise, compelling argument on the 2-3 pages followed by some analytical justification and analysis on the final page of the write-up. This will be a stock from a company different from the one you will use in your final assignment.
