Broken Habit

Use the time tonight from when you readily walk out our classroom door until your head hits the pillow to identify one of your habits (annoying or not) which you consistently do throughout the day - or at least, very often. (You can seek advice from others if you think you are perfect. Not allowed to use smoking, chewing gum, biting nails, social media, or anything involving a cell phone!)

Starting tomorrow AM (and continuing throughout the week), you will attempt to break that habit and keep a detailed daily log recording your progress.

Is it an easy task? Are you going crazy? Do you find yourself substituting that habit for something else? Has anyone commented on your possible "strange" behavior? What is the final outcome?

The completed log must be submitted to Blackboard by our next class - and you will share with us the chronicle of your week. (Remember to bring in all necessary props we do love a good Show & Tell!)
