Discussion: Critical Chain and Agile Project Management Approaches to Address Schedule Uncertainties

To manage project constraints and uncertainties, several methodologies and approaches have been developed in response to the need for a more iterative approach and flexibility in both the planning and execution processes. Two of the major alternative approaches are critical chain project management and agile project management.
