Assignment -

Instructions: For master thesis, make an additional analysis. This analysis is about the residential prices in Hong Kong (EUR/squared meter) between 1990 and 2018 and in function of the property size and its location in Hong Kong. This analysis consists in highlighting the effect of size of the property and the effect of the location on the price per squared meter.

We think it is going to be either a panel data analysis as it is the price of 3 districts during a period or a time series or a time series analysis (with the district as a binary variable). Find attached the database to use.

The analysis has to be around 2000 words.

For my master thesis, my thesis director asked me in last minute to make an additional analysis. This analysis consists in highlighting the effect of size of the property and the effect of the location on the price per squared meter. I think it is going to be either a panel data analysis as it is the price of 3 districts during a period or a time series or a time series analysis (with the district as a binary variable). I’m not really sure, and that’s why I need your help. You can find attached the database to use. The analysis has to be around 2000 words and has to take into account all the tests used and regression with the conclusion. If you have any question, please do not hesitate to answer.
