You are driving atone through the Ellensburg High School parking lot to watch a basketball game when you notice a mother loading her four young children into her van. Suddenly, you hear the squeal of breaks and witness what appears to be her 8 year old male child hit by a slow moving car driven by a sixteen year old. The child is now lying supine a few feet away in the busy parking lot and shows no signs of life. The child will have no breathing and no pulse.
