The Final Paper will be a written assignment where you will showcase your understanding of Bolman and Deal's four frames.

This paper should be 6-10 pages long, double-spaced, and 12 point font. Your task is to apply your knowledge of the four frames and use each of the four frames to analyze one of the following:

1. An organization you are or were once a member of, or 2. An organization you are familiar with.

For example, it could be an organization you work around or an organization from a book, movie or television show, i.e. The Office, House, Harry Potter, etc. Plan to spend 1-2 pages per frame as you analyze how your organization would function in each one.

Questions you might want to address include:

- Compared to other frames?

- What might be different if the organization functioned in this frame?

- What is the unique, peculiar, humorous, etc., about how the organization functions in one frame verses another?

- What processes and norms might be affected?
