If we assume an employee working at a company will not be concerned with the policies of other companies, and needs the job to pay his/her mortgage and feed his/her family, might there be more fear about the consequences of violating his/her company’s policies than the fear of being caught running a red light or not wearing a seatbelt? Do company policies potentially have more impact on a people's lives than what it may seem on the surface? (In a 150 words or more).
