A material has a strength coefficient K=100,000psi, a strain hardening exponent n=0.2, a yeild strenght approximatel equal to its proportional limit at 25000psi, and E=125,000psi. We intend to forge this material with a drop hammer. The hammer weighs 2,000lbf, and can be raised to a maximum height of 7ft. Each forging is originally disk shaped, with a diameter of 4 inches, and a thickness of 1.5inces.
