Free Rein or Laissez Faire:

• Leadership leaves subordinates completely to themselves for task achievement.

• Exercises hardly any control and provides complete freedom to subordinates.

• Leader intervenes least, ignores power.

• That leadership can work only when subordinates are highly educated, superb and possess good sense of liability.
